-Provides our teachers with the opportunity to work with our students without interruption.
-Supports improved social interactions in morning meetings
-Supports your child’s academic engagement and success by preventing them from falling behind and losing confidence in their academic abilities. Brent is committed to this effort. We have developed action steps to make this a priority.
· When an in boundary or out of boundary tardy problem continues beyond 10 tardies, an administrator or school social worker will meet with families to address the concern, problem solve, and create an action plan.
· If an out of boundary family reaches or exceeds twenty late arrivals, the principal or his designee will recommend the family return to the base/neighborhood school in the coming school year. Our goal is to support our students with a positive start to their child’s day. We ask parents to do your part by preparing as much as possible the night before and planning ahead for traffic, delays and other unexpected situations. We are confident families will make arriving on time to school and ready for learning a priority for the remainder of the school year.
