There is no job better than teaching! Each day is different, and the children are a constant source of amazement. They are fun to work with, and watching them learn and grow is extremely rewarding. Every day is an adventure! Mrs. Hill is committed to holding all students to high expectations and creating the most engaging and innovative instructional environment to ensure their success. As an ardent reader, it gives her tremendous joy to share her love for reading with her students.
Originally from Pennsylvania, Mrs. Hill has lived in the D.C. area for over fifteen years and lives with her husband Thalamus and dog Jackson. Outside of Brent, her greatest passion is traveling and exploring the world. A self-proclaimed foodie, she is an avid cook and is always in search of the latest and greatest restaurant and cooking class. Mrs. Hill writes about her extensive travels and love for food on her personal blog: http://dcglobejotters.org. She enjoys staying active by practicing yoga and Pilates, running, and paddle boarding. On any given Sunday, you will find her watching football and obsessing over her fantasy football team.
