Kick off the DCPS long Halloween weekend with the PTA Halloween Costume Parade at Garfield Park on Fri 10/30 at 4pm. Room parents will coordinate trick-or-treat tables, and kiddos of all ages will do an informal parade around the park to show off their costumes. Nearby Hill-o-ween runs 4–6 p.m., so families can hop over to Eastern Market to enjoy that after the parade if they wish!
