The Brent PTA covers much of the school's operating costs — close to 100% of our non-personnel budget. Classroom supplies, Atelier, Science, and Recess/Sports, teacher development, building and grounds maintenance, and the community events that bring us together.
Brent Annual Fund
The cornerstone of our school community — funding the programs, people, and experiences that make Brent a vibrant, inclusive, high-quality public school. Filling this gap also frees DCPS resources for additional classroom teachers, which means better student-to-faculty ratios for every child.

Our 2026 goal is $115,000 — supporting another year at the Meyer Swing Space and preparing for our return to a newly modernized Brent building in 2027.
